Amazon Prime Video has a power-packed slate of movies and web shows lined up as the festive season in India begins this October. It will indeed be a nerve-wracking assortment of titles that could be enjoyed from the comfort of homes. Be it Thrillers, Comedy, a couple of Biopics, Drama, or International Offerings, Amazon Prime Video has you covered. The high-octane India lineup starts with the Malayalam remake of Brahmam, which is considered one of India’s finest thrillers. Next in line will be Vicky Kaushal’s Sardar Udham, a biopic of the Indian revolutionary, which will be followed by a supernatural horror, Dybbuk, the Emraan Hashmi starrer, which is a remake of Ezra, a Malayalam horror flick. The comic spectrum will be covered by Amazon’s innovative standup comedy series called One Mic Stand, which will have a host of guest comics to tickle your funny bone. Apart from the Indian blockbusters to binge upon, Amazon Prime Video will also bring one of the most awaited and talked about international documentaries, Justin Bieber: Our World, which offers a peep inside the life of the global music icon. If this wasn’t enough, there is a special series based on the life of Maradona named, Maradona: Blessed Dream, which will be a part of the OTT giant’s October fest, and lastly, it will be Dev Patel who will feature in a medieval fantasy, The Green Knight.
