With 13 Films and 15 Series for the audience, Netflix has a huge lineup for India in the coming months. One of the promising anthologies in this lineup is Ray which is based on Satyajit Ray’s stories. The trailer is out today, and it looks promising with Manoj Bajpayee, Ali Fazal, Kay Kay Menon, Harshvarrdhan Kapoor, among others. The four Satyajit Ray stories that have been adapted for the anthology are Hungama Hai Kyun Barpa, Forget Me Not, Bahrupiya, and Spotlight. It will be Srijit Mukherjee, Vasant Bala, and Abhishek Chaubey who will be helming the segments. Ali Fazal, seen in the role of a corporate honcho has said that he is honored to be a part of a project inspired by Satyajit Ray. Manoj Bajpayee, who is already getting great reviews for The Family Man 2 took to his Twitter and said that he is proud to be associated with a project that has such fine actors and directors in it. His segment will be directed by Abhishek Chaubey, who has already worked with him in Sonchiriya. Along with Manoj Bajpayee, Gajraj Rao too can be seen in the segment. Rao had tweeted earlier saying that he was excited to be a part of an anthology of four passionately curated stories. According to him, the stories penned by Satyajit Ray are filled with thrills that will keep everyone hooked till the end.
