Bhavai Will Be The First Movie To Release

The news of theatres opening in Maharashtra on October 22, has brought immense joy to everyone associated with the movie business. And why not! The state, after all, gives the highest revenues to Bollywood films. Of the many movies which have started to roll out their release dates, Bhavai, starring Pratik Gandhi, has decided to push its release to October 22 in theatres from the originally planned October 1. The Bhavai team thanked the Maharashtra Government while announcing the change in the release dates. Apparently, this Pratik Gandhi starrer will be the first film to release after the reopening of theatres across Maharashtra. The movie revolves around the story of two actors working in a drama company and how their reel life starts affecting their real life. The film was recently in the news over the comments made by the CBFC on which Hardik Gajjar, the producer-director of the film said that, they happen to be a renowned and law-abiding production house who is interested to create and showcase good cinema for their stakeholders and audiences and that they have never flouted any rules. Hardik added that all the required documents have been submitted to the board and they have been granted a U certificate in the name of Bhavai on 12th November 2020. Hardik also said that they have sought advice from their legal lawyer and the film’s release is in complete compliance with the law. The producer-director has reaffirmed that the release will be October 22 and not October 1. On this development, an excited, Dr. Jayanti Lal Gada, who is one of the producers of Bhavai, said that they are much delighted with the government’s decision and have postponed the release of the movie to October 22, the first day when the theatres open.
