Finally the trailer of the internationally acclaimed Hindi feature film Gali Gulieyan (In The Shadow) is out.
Based on a true story, the film has Manoj Bajpayee in the main lead. The movie has been doing the rounds of international film festivals where it has won a handful of awards including Best Actor Awards for Manoj at New York Indian International Film Festival and Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
The film premiered at the Busan International Film Festival in 2017 and was then showcased at various other film festivals.
Directed by Dipesh Jain, this psychological thriller film also stars Ranvir Shorey, Shahana Goswani, Neeraj Kabi and Om Singh.
The film is about Manoj’s character who leads a lonely life and his bizarre obsession to spy on his neighbours using cheap surveillance cameras. And things take a turn for the worse when he hears a boy in the neighbouring house being brutally assaulted time and again…
One look at the trailer and you know Manoj Bajpayee has aced this one as well.
The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
Now this is an amazing performance visible by ace actor Manoj Bajpayee. A different take altogether from his last release Satyamev Jayate. Hope he wins awards for this one.
