George Clooney and Brad Pitt will soon be working together for a movie based on a feverish bidding war. An Apple Studios project, the film will be directed by Jon Watts. It will be a sort of a reunion for the Oceans Eleven stars as it has been a while they have been seen together on the big screen. Jon Watt, who has helmed Spider-Man: Homecoming will be writing, directing, and producing the movie along with Smoke House Pictures and Plan B Entertainment, owned by George Clooney and Brad Pitt, respectively. Apparently, Sony, Netflix, Lionsgate, Universal, Amazon, Annapurna Studios, and even Warner Bros. will be a part of the project. Although nothing much has been revealed on what the plot of the movie would be, it is likely to be based on two fixers getting the same job. This project is an addition to the growing lineup of films from Apple Studios. Flicks such as Emancipation, Killers of the Flower Moon are the other two projects that have got Apple Studios’ nod. As far as other projects are concerned, Clooney is currently directing The Tender Bar for Amazon, which has Ben Affleck and Tye Sheridan in the lead. It will release on December 17.
