Talented Bollywood actor Kunal Kemmu, who hasn’t been seen much on the big screen, has decided to make a comeback, not as an actor but as a director. Kunal has already had experience behind the camera by writing the dialogues for Go Goa Gone.

The Golmaal actor has now developed a full-fledged script for which he is going to be turning into a director himself. Apparently, due to the lockdowns because of the pandemic, he had ample time to hone his writing skills and develop a script, and once he was done with it, he approached Excel Entertainment, helmed by Farhan Akhtar and Riteish Sidhwani, who jumped on it with the condition that Kunal himself would direct it. As for the film, it looks to be like a comedy in a crazy world.

The casting of the film is currently underway, and the makers are planning a pre-production starting in early 2022, followed by a month-long start-to-finish schedule. Kunal already has a few releases as an actor lined up in the form of Kanjoos Makkhichoos, and the Raj & DK series, Gulkanda.
