It was reported a couple of days back that Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Meera Chopra got herself inoculated for COVID-19 via unfair means. It has come to light now that the Section 375 actress has denied the allegations through her social media. She has taken to her Twitter handle and said that all are trying hard to get ourselves vaccinated against the virus. She has also been trying to do so for a month and finally could get herself registered in one of the centers. She mentioned that she was asked to send her Aadhar Card for registration which she did, and thereafter nothing else was given from her end. The ID which is floating around is not hers, and she saw it for the first time when it came on Twitter. Meera further added that no ID is valid unless it has the individual’s signatures on it, and she condemns such practices and that if any such fake ID has been made, she would want to know how and why. On Sunday, news started doing rounds that Meera Chopra had got herself vaccinated at one of the centers in Thane using a fake frontline worker identity card. She had even uploaded her photograph on her social media upon taking the vaccine but had to later delete it as this controversy had erupted.
