SS Rajamouli has confirmed that his film RRR will release on January 7, 2022, itself and will not be postponed. Rajamouli, in conversation with Taran Adarsh, said that they have chosen the date as RRR happens to be a multilingual film that was supposed to be released during Sankranti, and as a result, there will not be any change in its release schedule despite the restrictions being imposed due to the Omicron threat.
Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter to share the news of no postponement of RRR. Meanwhile, the filmmaker, along with the star cast, has been seen promoting the film on various platforms. They were all recently part of The Kapil Sharma Show and before that were seen on Bigg Boss as well.
