It is a huge sigh of relief for Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan and his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who spent almost a month in prison for allegedly being caught with drugs aboard a cruise ship.

After nearly three weeks since the trio got the bail, The Bombay High Court released an order on Saturday which states that there is no evidence of a conspiracy between them to commit any drug-related offences. The court further said through the order that there was nothing objectionable found in their WhatsApp chats either, which the NCB had repeatedly been banking upon during the bail hearings in October.

The order read that there was hardly any positive evidence on record which suggested that all the three accused had the common intention to commit an unlawful act. The order explained that only because all three were travelling on the same cruise cannot be the foundation for the said charge against them.
