In a shocking incident on Tuesday, Varun Dhawan’s driver, Manoj, passed away while he was accompanying the actor to Mahboob studio in Bandra for a shoot. Manoj had been working for the family for a long time and was close to everyone of them.
He died after suffering a massive cardiac arrest. A source close to the actor says that Manoj was extremely close to Varun and was the one driving him, as usual, to Mahboob for some endorsement shoot. He suddenly reported some chest pain and suffered a heart attack. Although the actor, along with his crew, rushed him to the Lilavati Hospital nearby, he was declared dead there.
The source adds that this entire unfortunate incident has left Varun devastated. His father, David Dhawan, has also consoled him, and they have decided to look after Manoj’s family.
