Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rise has been having a tremendous run at the box office. The Hindi version of the movie is moving towards the Rs. 50 crore mark as per the latest figures given by senior trade analyst, Taran Adarsh. The film as per Adarsh earned close to 27 crores in its first week and 20 crores in the second.

The Hindi version of the movie is going to increase its screen count starting with the third week, taking it to 1600 screens. The movie was initially released across 1400 screens on December 17. Pushpa: The Rise has to date earned Rs. 230 crores, all the languages put together. It has indeed brought joy to cinema fans as well as theatre owners across the length and breadth of the country.

Notably, the film has performed well despite facing stiff competition from Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home. Undoubtedly, it has performed well, considering only 50% theatre occupancy and the Omicron variant. The postponement of Jersey will also add to its numbers. The makers have already announced its sequel, Pushpa: The Rule, for next year in December.
