Netflix has announced the release date of its thriller drama, Dhamaka. This Netflix exclusive is all set to air from November 19. Starring Kartik Aaryan in the lead, the film is about an ex-news anchor who has been given another opportunity to go live on prime time when a terrorist calls him with a bomb threat. What unfolds thereafter is a web of complications and a fast-paced game of betrayal.
Dhamaka is a much-awaited movie, as Kartik Aaryan will be seen in a never before character, and besides him has loads of other talented actors such as Amruta Subhash, Vikas Kumar, and Vishwajeet Pradhan. The movie also has a special appearance by Mrunal Thakur. Directed by Ram Madhvani, Dhamaka was completed in just ten days. The film was shot in a hotel in Powai, where the crew was put up in a bio-bubble. With 300 people from the crew and proper safety protocols in place, the entire hotel was occupied by the production team. This promising movie is bankrolled by RSVP and Ram Madhvani Films in association with Lionsgate, Lotte Cultureworks, and Globalgate Entertainment.
