Vinod Bhanushali has announced his next project, and needless to say, it is a well-researched one. It is a biopic of Sher Singh Rana, a Rajput, who became a worldwide name after he brought back the remains of Prithviraj Chauhan, an 11th-century ruler from Kandahar in Afghanistan. This act of his brought a feeling of immense pride to the Rajputs. Notably, Sher Singh Rana is the only person after Charles Sobhraj who managed to escape the high-security Tihar Jail in Delhi with no violence but just by mind tactics. Speaking on the announcement Shree Narrayan Singh who will helm the project, said that when he read about Sher Singh Rana, he was intrigued to meet him in person and know his journey. Having gone through various ups and downs in life, he had a lot to share about his adventurous life. The fact that he brought pride to the Rajput community by defying the Taliban and getting back the remains of the great Indian ruler will be etched in our hearts forever. Singh adds that he was keen to know him more and is sure that the audience will be curious too when they see his story unfold on the big screen. Vinod Bhanushali, who is the producer of the film, is of an opinion that Sher Singh Rana led an eventful life, and it was his courage and willpower to fight for his community and bring them pride that pushes him to make his biopic. Bhanushali further says that his director for the movie, Shree Narrayan Singh, has in the past brought interesting subjects like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha to the fore, and he is sure that this time around too, he will bring the nuances of the life of Sher Singh Rana, in the best way possible. The cast of the movie will soon be zeroed upon, and the shoot is expected to start next year.
