Ajay Devgn has bought another bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai, for a staggering Rs. 47.5 crores, which is spread across an area of 474.4 square meters. He has also taken a loan of Rs. 18.75 crores for the property. The plot happens to be a part of Kapole Housing Society, Juhu, and has joint ownership of Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal Virendra Devgn, aka Ajay Devgn. The bungalow has a constructed area of around 6500 sq. ft. The actor currently resides at Shiv Shakti Bungalow, which is very close to this newly bought property. Ajay has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.37 crores for the deal, which is not a sale deed but a transfer deed. On the professional front, Ajay has three movies lined up; Bhuj: The Pride of India, Maidaan, and his production MayDay.
