After wrapping up Aanand L. Rai’s Atrangi Re, Akshay Kumar has begun shooting for his next, Ram Setu yesterday. The actor took to Twitter to unveil his new avatar that looks pretty perfect for the role of an Archaeologist, which he will portray in the movie. Akshay, along with his pic of the character wrote that the journey of one of the most special films for him has begun. After revealing his role in the movie, he also went on to ask for feedback on his new look and wrote that it does matter to him. Alongside Cape of Good Films, Abundantia Entertainment, and Lyca Productions, Amazon Prime Video is also co-producing the film, which will be helmed by Abhishek Sharma & creatively monitored by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi. Ram Setu will be an action-adventure drama that will bring out a story that is deeply rooted in Indian culture and its historical heritage. The movie also features Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrrat Bharucha in important roles.
