Filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari has concluded the docu-drama Breakpoint based on Tennis Champions, Leander Paes, and Mahesh Bhupathi. The project is co-written and directed by Ashwini and her husband Nitesh Tiwari. Ashwiny took to her social media to share the news by stating that a year and a half journey with the champions comes to an end only to begin friendship for life. She also went on to thank her studio partners ZEE5 because of which such massive production across the world could take place that too during the pandemic. Although there is no specific date that has been announced, the series is expected to air soon on Netflix. Ashwiny’s next-in-line flicks include the web series Faadu which will release before Breakpoint, and therefore will mark her debut OTT project. She is also working on the life story of Shri Narayan Murthy and Smt. Sudha Murthy, which she calls her most treasured project. The talented director has also launched her book recently called Mapping Love.
