Veteran actor Dilip Kumar has been discharged from the hospital today. The legendary actor, who is 98 years old, was admitted to the Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai on Sunday after he complained of breathlessness and chest pain. He underwent a minor operation of removing fluid from his lungs on Wednesday. Dilip was initially supposed to be discharged on Thursday itself, but the family and the Doctors thought of letting him rest in the medical facility for another day. A close family friend Faisal Farooqui gave the latest health update of Dilip Kumar and tweeted from his Twitter handle thanking God and his fans. The tweet mentioned that with the love, affection, and people’s prayers, Dilip Saab is going home from the hospital. The Tweet further thanked the Doctors at the Hinduja, Khar Hospital.
