Their idea is to work on stories that are unique as well as universal.
The actress-turned producer adds that through their movies, they want to discover the voices that are unheard and bring about a change through clutter-free content. Ali is of an opinion that as artists, they don’t just want to work on interesting projects, but also want to make thought-provoking cinema. They want to develop stories that matter to them as producers and resonate with the audience as well. He further added that they sincerely hope that people will enjoy films under their banner. Notably, Ali has worked on several international projects such as Victoria & Abdul and Fast And Furious 7. On the other hand, Richa’s movies like Masaan, Love Sonia, and the Amazon Prime Video’s Inside Edge have made a mark in the international film festivals. Girls Will Be Girls, will be helmed by Shuchi Talati and bankrolled through Richa & Ali Fazal’s banner, Pushing Button Studios, as well as Crawling Angel Films, and Dolce Vita Films France.
