It’s been heard for the longest time that Deepika Padukone and Kartik Aaryan would come together to share the screen space. This speculation has turned real now as we hear that both are most likely to team up for Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. Deepika & Kartik will be paired for the first time for this project. As per a source, Deepika was spotted at the Maddock office just a day after Kartik Aaryan had gone there for a narration. Although many would have thought it was for two different films, it turned out that both had gone for the same project. It is going to be yet another quirky rom-com project which Vijan is known for. Deepika, who happens to be Dinesh’s good friend and a crowd favorite too, was the producer’s first choice for the project. Besides, the production house wanted a fresh pairing and thought that both Kartik Aaryan and Deepika Padukone would make a great on-screen couple. Kartik, we hear, has given a verbal nod for the project while Deepika is trying to fix her schedule as per her timelines.
