A new web series SMOKE has achieved the distinction of being the only Indian web series to be showcased at Cannes Film Festival this year.
Produced by Eros Now Originals and directed by Neel Guhu, the 11-part series SMOKE features Jim Sarabh, Kalki Koechlin, Gulshan Devaiah, Neal Boopalan, Mandira Bedi among others in the lead.
The web series is a dark and gritty crime thriller and is based in Goa and revolves around the drug mafia.
The series will feature at Cannes in the ‘Made in India Originals’ category. Later, the series will be available for the subscribers online on Eros Now online platform from October 26.
