It was indeed very shocking to get the news of Raj Kaushal’s passing away on Wednesday morning due to a heart attack. Many celebrities turned to pay tributes to the late Director, who also happened to be Mandira Bedi’s husband. Actor Ronit Roy, in conversation with a leading daily, expressed his grief on Raj’s sudden passing away and shared that the late director contacted him in May and wanted him to play a very important role in his web series. The actor said that Raj would need him for a brief period in the first part and also had plans to induct him in the second part largely. Ronit went on to add that the late director wanted him to play a mastermind in the show whose identity is unmasked at the end of the first part. He, however, confirmed that no shoot was done as the makers were going back and forth on the modalities with Raj, and moreover, during that time, Cyclone Tauktae had already caused a lot of havoc. As per reports, Raj Kaushal’s thriller web series was titled Akkad Bakkad.
