Noted playback singer Mohammed Aziz who has sung for some of the biggest stars passed away yesterday due to suspected cardiac arrest.
A versatile singer, Aziz has more than 20,000 songs to his credit sung for actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Rajesh Khanna among others for Hindi films as well as for Bengali and Odia films.
Some of his Bollywood gems include My name is Lakhan (Ram Lakhan), Rab ko yaad karu (Khuda Gawah), Tu Kal Chala Jayega (Naam), Ae mere dost (Swarg)
