Armaan Kohli, who was last seen on the big screen in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in a pivotal role, has been arrested by the NCB. The former Bigg Boss contestant was arrested after drugs were found at his Mumbai residence. It all started when the team from NCB intercepted a prominent drug dealer, Ajay Raju Singh. After being questioned and interrogated, Armaan’s name popped up, following which the team raided his house in Juhu. It is said that a small quantity of cocaine was recovered from his residence. Not only that but Kohli was also taken to his office, where the questioning continued. The actor and the drug peddler both were arrested under various sections of the NDPS Act. As per a statement released by Sandeep Wankhede, the Zonal Director of NCB, Armaan Kohli gave ambiguous answers to the questions put up to him. Following this, he was taken into custody for further questioning. There have been several questionings and arrests made by the Narcotics Bureau since last year, after the sad demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. Several A-listers from Bollywood as well as from the TV fraternity have been either called for questioning or arrested.
