The producers of the Race franchise have decided to add another part to it. After the debacle of Race 3 at the box office, it was unclear if the makers wanted to go ahead with the fourth installment. However, it seems that not only the project is in the works, but the makers also have a plan to take it on the floor from the end of this year. According to one of the tabloids, the movie is currently in the scripting stage, and Shiraz Ahmed, who was a part of all the previous 3 installments, is going to take care of the scripting for the fourth as well. The reports state that producer Ramesh Taurani is on the lookout for a director, and the casting of the movie will take place only once the script is ready. Also, depending on the COVID situation, will the producers take a call to roll out the movie from the year-end. It is unclear if Saif Ali Khan, who starred in the first two installments, or Salman Khan, who was in the third, will be a part of Race 4. The first 2 parts of Race were directed by Abbas-Mastan, while the third part was helmed by Remo D’Souza.
