The release date for Farhad Samji’s Bachchan Pandey, starring Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, and Jacqueline Fernandez, has been announced officially. The lead actor took to his Instagram account to confirm the release date of the movie along with two new posters. On March 18, on the occasion of Holi, Bachchan Pandey will have a theatrical release.
Sajid Nadiadwala, the producer of the film, said that he has always made movies for theatres. All his films, as per him, rate in the top 10 on the satellite, but for him, films are meant for the cinema and that’s where they shall always be released.
Meanwhile, Akshay has lots of movies in the pipeline with Prithviraj, Ram Setu, Raksha Bandhan, Cinderella, and Selfie. The actor is apparently also going to take an OTT plunge soon.
