Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty’s pair has been iconic in more ways than one. First, their association in the Golmaal franchise has revolutionised humour, and when it comes to Singham, it has given the action genre a new dimension altogether with an unparalleled fan base.
If sources are to be believed, both Shetty and Ajay Devgn are contemplating the idea of the third instalment of Singham against the Article 370 backdrop. The movie will take references from the true event and also throw light on how this move of the Indian Government shook the terror outfits. There is a reference of the same in Sooryavanshi as well, where it is being said that how revoking Article 370 has led to putting a barrier on terror intrusion in the valley.
Singham 3 is set to roll with this story in the backdrop and Bajirao Singham leading the way. The film will be shot in Kashmir, Delhi, and Goa. The draft of the plot is being worked upon currently and the film will go on floors from September next year. The makers are eyeing an Independence Day 2023 release for Singham 3. The action flick will be the biggest among Shetty’s cop universe, and Rohit isn’t just working on the script but also designing big-scale action for it.
