Salman Khan’s Dabangg 4 is on the cards. Tigmanshu Dhulia from what we hear has been working on the film’s script for more than a year, for which the narration will take place in 2022. It is learned that Salman is very much impressed with the vision and idea that Dhulia has for the film and overall for the Dabangg franchise.
The entire team is looking to get a fresh approach to Chulbul Pandey’s character. Once the narration happens, the final call on the nitty-gritty of the film will take place. As per a source, it is too early to predict, since it is still a work in progress. Both Salman and his producer/actor brother Arbaaz have an opinion that Tigmanshu will be an ideal choice for the film as he comes with a great amount of knowledge of rural India. Tigmanshu has been involved in critically acclaimed movies such as Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster & Paan Singh Tomar, which even won a National Award.
Dabangg happens to be one of the most successful franchises in Bollywood. Part 1 & 2 were blockbusters, while the third part failed at the box office. All the three Dabangg films put together have sold around 5.50 crore tickets, which happens to be among the highest for any Bollywood franchise as of date.
