Excel Entertainment celebrated Rishi Kapoor’s birth anniversary by unveiling the first look of the late actor’s final work. Sharmaji Namkeen, this catchy-titled movie was Rishi’s last film before he passed away in 2020. Although Kapoor could not complete the entire film, it was Paresh Rawal who stepped in to portray the role. Sharmaji Namkeen also has Juhi Chawala in it. Excel Entertainment, on its social media handle, wrote that they were proud to present a poster of a very special project, Sharmaji Namkeen, which has one of the most celebrated actors of the film industry, whose work and career will be cherished forever. The production house further added that as a mark of love and respect for the actor and as a gift to millions of his fans, they are unveiling the first look of his last movie, Sharmaji Namkeen. Excel Entertainment also went on to appreciate Paresh Rawal, who took the sensitive step and completed the project by portraying the character of Rishi Ji. The film is directed by the debutante director, Hitesh Bhatia, and is a light-hearted comedy surrounding a 60-year-old. The film is produced by Excel Entertainment and MacGuffin Pictures.
