Mathew Perry had a deal of a lifetime, after his Friends contract of course. He recently sold the most expensive condo in Los Angeles for $21.6 million, approximately 160.09 crores. It is said that the property is sold at 30% less than the original price. It is a 9290 sq. ft. property that takes the entire 40th floor of the Century Building, which is a 42-story tower in Century City. It first appeared on the market in 2019 for $35 million, and at that time, it was the priciest condo listed in the entire Los Angeles. This condo that was built in 2010 offers four bedrooms that include a primary bedroom suite with a sitting area, fireplace, dual bathrooms as well as dressing rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a game room & a screening room. Perry, was recently seen on Friends: The Reunion that took place last month. He has the movie, Don’t Look Up lined up with Ariana Grande, Timothee Chalamet, and Leonardo Di Caprio.
