India continues to struggle with the pandemic with no respite in the daily Corona cases. Renowned filmmaker, host, and if we may say, so a philanthropist, Rohit Shetty has once again come to aid the ones who are in need. Although, Rohit hasn’t revealed anything about his donation, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, National Spokesperson, Akali Dal, has publicly praised him for his act of selflessness. The spokesperson took to his Twitter to announce that the filmmaker has donated a sizeable amount to their COVID care facility. Thanking Rohit for his significant contribution, Sirsa wrote that he might be a Khatron Ke Khiladi on screen, but behind it, he is a compassionate person who cares for humanity. On the work front, his next biggie, Sooryavanshi, has been postponed indefinitely due to the ongoing second wave.
