With Sooryavanshi doing phenomenal numbers, Rohit Shetty’s next Cirkus, which stars Ranveer Singh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, and Pooja Hegde, will release on July 15 next year.
The film will clash with Katrina Kaif’s Phone Bhoot that has Varun Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter in it. Interestingly, both the release announcements were made yesterday. Cirkus will mark Rohit Shetty’s second collaboration with Ranveer Singh after Simmba. Cirkus, an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s play The Comedy of Errors, shall resume the shoot in Ooty from December 1.
Rohit had already finalized Ooty as one of the schedules for this project, but because of the lockdown, the schedule went completely haywire. But from December 1, the final leg of the schedule shall begin. Rohit, along with his entire crew and actors, will be heading to Ooty for the shoot. As per a source, the locations in Ooty where the film will be shot have been finalized. These locations, mainly outdoors, are where some of the most pivotal scenes of the movie will be shot, and hence will require the entire cast to be present.
